Hot temps, but still catching fish. Trout & Reds on the flats. Pensacola Charters

Its been very hot along the Panhandle the past week. Temps are reaching 109 heat index's from 1-3 pm in the afternoon. That's why I'm fishing from 5:15 am - 9:45am. Usually the inshore bite shuts down around 10 am.  The trout and redfish bite has been hit miss this past week, some days have been good and other have been so, so.  We did manage to hook some gator trout over 21" this week which is fun for my clients. No fishing this weekend, due to high winds and storms. Back at it again all next week.

Emily was the big winner of the day landing these two monsters!

Way to go Emily

Both fish smashed a Z-Man PaddlerZ - Bad Shad Color.

Little Jaydon shows us that he can catch a inshore slam.

Clint shows off a nice Santa Rosa Sound Speck.

Tight Lines..
